For scheduling an appointment: Contact our receptionists at
847-729-6445. If you would like an early morning appointment and we have closed
for the evening, leave a message on our voice mail. The receptionists will return
calls beginning at 7:30 a.m. and make every effort to accommodate your request.
When scheduling physicals, please book in advance to secure the most convenient
appointment for your schedule.
For general health questions: Ask for the triage nurse when
calling in. The triage nurse is available through the day to answer questions, schedule
medical tests & speak with physicians in a timely manner regarding questions
you may have. If you have a medical emergency, be sure to relay this information
to the receptionist when you place the call to our office.
To reach a physician: All physicians have
confidential, non-urgent voice mail. Their voice mail box greeting will let you
know when they will be returning messages. Be sure to contact a nurse if you cannot
wait for a physician to return your call.
After hours: A physician is on call &
available via beeper when the office is closed. Call 1-800-841-9718 and state your
name, phone number, & the nature of your problem. A physician will call you
back as soon as possible. If you have not heard from a physician in thirty minutes,
please page again.
We suggest that each family choose a key physician to provide continuity of care.
